Application: widely used in glass products industry and food processing industry. Stainless steel conveyor belts are widely used in cement, metallurgy, casting, chemical industry and other fields to transport materials. It can be used as high temperature resistant, burning resistant conveyor belt, electronic scale belt, tear resistant conveyor belt, acid and alkali resistant oil type conveyor belt, etc.

2. Teflon mesh belt is also known as Teflon conveyor belt, Teflon conveyor belt, PTFE conveyor belt and high temperature resistant conveyor belt. Teflon conveyor belt is divided into Teflon mesh conveyor belt and Teflon high temperature cloth. Both are made of glass fiber cloth as the base material and coated with Teflon resin to make Teflon (PTFE) conveyor belt base cloth; among them, Teflon mesh conveyor belt is defined by mesh size, mainly including 1×1MM, 2×2.5MM, 4×4MM, 10×10MM and other meshes, and divided into single-weft and double-weft Teflon mesh conveyor belt according to the difference between warp and weft; Teflon high temperature cloth is distinguished by thickness, the thinnest can reach 0.08MM.
Teflon conveyor belt has the characteristic of easy air permeability in the mesh, so it is widely used in textile printing and dyeing, printing drying guide belt, screen printing, ultraviolet drying, UV series, light curing machine, offset printing machine, loose dryer, non-woven fabric drying machine, high-frequency dryer, food baking machine guide belt, temperature-controlled drying room, rapid drying of flux-type ink and general drying of moisture-containing items and other equipment.

Conveyor belt product classification
All conveyor belts must be connected into a ring before they can be used, so the quality of the conveyor belt joint directly affects the service life of the conveyor belt and whether the conveyor line can run smoothly. Common methods for conveyor belt joints include mechanical joints, cold bonding joints, hot vulcanization joints, etc.
Conveyor belt mechanical joint method: generally refers to the use of belt buckle joints. This joint method is convenient and economical, but the joint efficiency is low and it is easy to damage, which has a certain impact on the service life of the conveyor belt product. In the PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant antistatic conveyor belt joints, generally products below level 8 belts use this joint method.
Conveyor belt cold bonding joint method: that is, cold bonding adhesive is used for joints. This joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joints, and should have a better joint effect. However, from a practical point of view, due to the difficulty in mastering the process conditions, the quality of the adhesive has a great influence on the joint, so it is not very stable.
Conveyor belt hot vulcanization joint method: practice has proved that it is the most ideal joint method, which can ensure high joint efficiency, and is also very stable, with a long joint life and easy to master. However, there are disadvantages such as cumbersome process, high cost, and long joint time.

Ordinary conveyor belts: Cover layer: tensile strength not less than 15Mpa, elongation at break not less than 350%, abrasion ≤ 200mm3; interlayer bonding strength longitudinal test sample average value between fabric layers not less than 3.2N/mm; between cover rubber and fabric layers not less than 2.1N/mm; full thickness longitudinal elongation at break not less than 10%; full thickness longitudinal reference force elongation not more than 1.5%.
Nylon (NN) and polyester (EP) conveyor belts: Cover layer: tensile strength not less than 15Mpa, elongation at break not less than 350%, abrasion ≤200mm3, average value of interlayer bonding strength in longitudinal test specimen not less than 4.5N/mm between fabric layers, not less than 3.2N/mm between cover rubber and fabric layers, longitudinal elongation at break of full thickness not less than 10%, longitudinal reference force elongation of full thickness not more than 4%, cover rubber is made of rubber and plastic blend, skeleton has national standard level tensile strength coefficient, and can be overlapped into a ring.
