Chain classification of chain conveyor belts
Chains are divided into four types according to their different uses and functions: transmission chains, conveyor chains, traction chains and special chains.
1.1 Transmission chains Chains
mainly used to transmit power.
1.2 Conveyor chains
Chains mainly used to transport materials.
1.3 Traction chains Chains
mainly used for pulling and lifting.
1.4 Special chains
Chains with special functions and structures mainly used on special mechanical devices.

Chain structure of chain conveyor belt
Among similar products, the chain product series are divided according to the basic structure of the chain, that is, according to the shape of the components, the parts and parts that mesh with the chain, and the size ratio between the parts. There are many types of chains, but their basic structures are only the following, and the others are deformations of these types. We can see from the above chain structures that most chains are composed of chain plates, chain pins, bushings and other components. Other types of chains just make different changes to the chain plates according to different needs. Some are equipped with scrapers on the chain plates, some are equipped with guide bearings on the chain plates, and some are equipped with rollers on the chain plates, etc. These are all modifications for different applications.

Classification by pitch: Common names in the market include: 4 points (P=12.7), 5 points (P=15.875), 1 inch (P=25.4), 1.5 inches, etc.
Specifications
The same type of chain is divided into specifications according to the pitch, number of rows, chain width and ultimate tensile load. The basic chain size is 1/2" X3/32" and 1/2" X 11/128", and the chain size can be directly determined by the number of rear flywheels to distinguish the speed;
