Environmental requirements for normal transportation of stainless steel B-shaped mesh belts :
1. When the B-shaped mesh belt is exposed to corrosive materials, the parts of the B-shaped mesh belt will become thinner, wear will be accelerated, and the rust on the parts will affect the flexible rotation of the hinges and rollers of the B-shaped mesh belt;
2. The B-shaped mesh belt generates a lot of heat due to friction at high temperatures; due to different thermal expansion coefficients, thermal fatigue may occur when different materials are welded together. When the temperature exceeds 400°C, the thermal expansion between parts causes intermittent reduction. Creep, (high temperature) hot brittleness, brittleness of carbon precipitation, and the influence of temperature changes (cooling and expansion) should be considered. The effect of high temperature on lubrication, silicon, graphite and molybdenum disulfide lubricants all have good heat resistance.
3. In an acidic or alkaline environment, the parts of the B-shaped mesh belt will experience stress corrosion and grain corrosion. In a corrosive environment, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of materials for the parts of the B-shaped mesh belt. Whether the B-shaped mesh belt made of martensitic stainless steel will rust depends on the working conditions.
4. When the B-shaped mesh belt is stored in the open air, rain protection measures should be taken. During storage and transportation, the mesh belt should be prevented from being bumped to avoid damage to the B-shaped mesh belt. At the same time, the power supply facilities should be kept with sufficient capacity and stable voltage. Phase-missing operation is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for power supply for a long time.
