How to choose the right mesh belt material? What are the materials, high temperature resistance, classification and characteristics of heat-treated mesh belts?

The selection of mesh belt material mainly depends on the following two conditions:
first, understanding your own situation, knowing the use environment characteristics of the mesh belt, the size of the conveyed material, the weight of the conveyed material, and the shape of the material;
second, understanding the mesh belt. The mesh belt's material, shape, high temperature resistance, and characteristics.

How to choose the material of mesh belt wire according to the working temperature?
First: iron wire, iron wire can withstand high temperature of 400 degrees.
Second: 45# steel can withstand high temperature of 500 degrees.
Third: 1CR13 and 1CR17 can withstand high temperature of 650 degrees.
Fourth: 304M, 304l, 316, 316L metal wire can withstand high temperature of 750 degrees.
Fifth: 309S can withstand high temperature of 950 degrees. Sixth: 310S metal can withstand high temperature of 1000-1150 degrees.
Seventh: 314 stainless steel wire can withstand high temperature of 1050-1250 degrees.
Eighth: CI20NI80 can withstand high temperature of 1200 degrees. High temperature resistance and high temperature tensile resistance.

Types of heat treatment mesh belts: annealing furnace mesh belt, normalizing furnace mesh belt, quenching furnace mesh belt, tempering furnace mesh belt.
1. Annealing furnace mesh belt
Purpose:
(1) Reduce hardness, improve plasticity, and improve cutting and pressure processing performance;
(2) Refine grains, improve mechanical properties, and prepare for the next step;
(3) Eliminate internal stress caused by cold and hot processing.
Application points:
(1) Suitable for forgings, welded parts of alloy structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high-speed steel, and raw materials with different shapes
(2) Generally, annealing furnace mesh belt is used in the blank shape.
Operation method: After heating the steel part to Ac3+30~50 degrees or Ac1+30~50 degrees or a temperature below Ac1 (you can refer to relevant information), it is generally cooled slowly with the furnace temperature.

2. Normalizing furnace mesh belt
Operation method: Heat the steel piece to 30~50 degrees above Ac3 or Accm, keep warm and cool it at a cooling rate slightly higher than that of the annealing furnace mesh belt.
Purpose:
(1) Reduce hardness, improve plasticity, and improve cutting and pressure processing performance;
(2) Refine grains, improve mechanical properties, and prepare for the next step; 3. Eliminate internal stress caused by cold and hot processing.
Application points: Normalizing furnace mesh belt is usually used as a pre-heat treatment process for forgings, welded parts, and carburized parts. For low-carbon and medium-carbon carbon structural steels and low-alloy steel parts with low performance requirements, it can also be used as the final heat treatment. For general medium and high alloy steels, air cooling can lead to complete or partial quenching, so it cannot be used as the final heat treatment process.

3. Quenching furnace mesh belt
Operation method: heat the steel to above the phase transition temperature Ac3 or Ac1, keep it warm for a period of time, and then quickly cool it in water, nitrate, oil, or air.
Purpose: Quenching furnace mesh belt is generally used to obtain high-hardness martensitic structure. Occasionally, for some high-alloy steels (such as stainless steel and wear-resistant steel), the purpose is to obtain a single uniform austenitic structure to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application points:
(1) Generally used for carbon steel and alloy steel with a carbon content greater than 0.3%;
(2) Quenching furnace mesh belt can fully exert the strength and wear resistance potential of steel, but at the same time it will generate great internal stress, reduce the plasticity and impact toughness of steel, so it is necessary to temper the furnace mesh belt to obtain better comprehensive mechanical properties.

4. Tempering furnace mesh belt
Operation method: reheat the steel parts after quenching furnace mesh belt to a temperature below Ac1, keep warm, and cool in air or oil, hot water, or water.
