Introduction to the spraying of Teflon wire mesh

(2) Heat resistance: Teflon has excellent heat and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C for a short period of time, and can generally be used continuously between 240°C and 260°C. It has significant thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle, and does not melt at high temperatures.
(3) Teflon has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.
(4) Moisture resistance: The surface of Teflon does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to solutions during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simply wiping. The downtime is short, saving work hours and improving work efficiency.
(5) Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance under high loads. Under certain loads, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-stickiness.
(6) Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost immune to corrosion by chemicals and can protect parts from any type of chemical corrosion.
