Teflon coated wire mesh product features

Teflon coated wire mesh is also known as Teflon stainless steel wire mesh, anti-stick stainless steel wire mesh, PTFE coated stainless steel wire mesh, oil-water separation filter element filter.
Teflon PTFE: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) non-stick coating can be used continuously at 260°C, with a maximum use temperature of 290-300°C, extremely low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability.
Teflon FEP: FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) non-stick coating melts and flows during baking to form a non-porous film, with excellent chemical stability, excellent non-stick properties, and a maximum use temperature of 200°C.
Teflon PFA: PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) non-stick coating melts and flows during baking to form a non-porous film like FEP. The advantage of PFA is that it has a higher continuous use temperature of 260°C and stronger rigidity, and is particularly suitable for use in the field of anti-stick and chemical resistance under high temperature conditions.

Teflon ETFE: ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. This resin is the toughest fluoropolymer and can form a highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance and can work continuously at 150°C.
The application of Teflon spraying is usually a combination of its superior properties, including:
1. Teflon spraying has the lowest friction coefficient among all solid materials, ranging from about 0.05 to 0.2, depending on the surface pressure, sliding speed and the application of spraying.
2. The surface of Teflon spraying has extremely low surface tension, so it shows extremely strong non-stickiness. Very few solid substances can stick to the spraying permanently. Although gelatinous substances may have some adhesion to its surface, most materials are easy to clean on its surface.
3. In a fairly wide frequency range, Teflon has high dielectric strength, very low dielectric constant, and extremely high surface resistance. After special formulation or industrial treatment, it can even have a certain conductivity and can be used as an antistatic coating.
4. The surface of Teflon spraying has extremely strong hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, so it is easier and more thorough to clean. In fact, in many cases, spray coating exhibits self-cleaning properties.
Spray coating has extremely strong high temperature and fire resistance, which is due to the high melting point and autoignition point of Teflon, as well as the unexpectedly low thermal conductivity. The working temperature of Teflon spray coating can reach up to 290°C, and the intermittent working temperature can even reach 315°C.
After Teflon coating, it has the following characteristics:
1. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances do not adhere to Teflon coating. Very thin films also show good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent heat and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C for a short time, and can generally be used continuously between 240°C and 260°C. It has significant thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperatures without brittleness and does not melt at high temperatures.
3. Sliding property: Teflon coating has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
4. Moisture resistance: The surface of Teflon coating is not stained by water and oil, and it is not easy to be stained by liquid during production operation. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simply wiping. Short downtime, saving work hours and improving work efficiency.
5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion.
6. Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not corroded by drugs and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
